Each installation comes with 10GB of document storage included. Additional document storage can be purchased in 10 GB units.
Each end-user-organisation will have a digital cabinet created for it- This digital cabinet is the base for your individual structure that reflects your method of document storage.
Licences are concurrent or named licences.
The minimum size of an installation is one scan license. This is required to enable access to the full functionality, which of course includes scanning.
Each Installation larger than 5 licences can have their own domain,
Zonal OCR and Business Process Management, will be available*.
*However the setup and consultancy costs for FileDirector Cloud BusinessProcessManagement and OCR templates are not covered in the monthly fee.
